We are completing details for the upcoming conference and WE NEED TO KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE:
 
1. Are you going on the WASHINGTON DC TRIP on WED Jul 26?
(AND HOW MANY ARE GOING WITH YOU (and who)?)
2. Will you be attending the GALA on THURS JUL 27?
(AND HOW MANY GUESTS (and who)?)
